With Ready-to-Go sites, many of the steps that businesses need to perform in selecting and developing a site are already complete.
There are three primary steps in location searches that are applied to all site selection projects:
- Define critical considerations or drivers ( i.e. what are the goals and objectives of the site and what type/types of industry are desired)
- Develop specific selection criteria (i.e. property size, topographic slopes and exclusions)
- Conduct the site selection
Feasibility Studies | Remediation
Before deciding on the most appropriate site remediation method, Pyramid may recommend feasibility testing to provide information needed to design the most cost effective recovery and treatment system.
Our feasibility studies provide site-specific conditions for the appropriate media (soil, groundwater, etc.) to allow the selection of the most appropriate remediation for the site. Other factors such as the risk to potential receptors, migration pathways, and other site condition are taken into consideration.
