Success Story
Pyramid got a phone call from the Elizabeth City Coast Guard Base on a Friday afternoon. The caller needed an immediate quote from our GSA schedule to work at a spill near a construction project. Because the spill was holding up the project, we needed to be on site early the following week for testing. Between the following Monday and Wednesday, one of our licensed geologists was able to prepare the cost proposal, mobilize to the site, and complete the full sampling of soil and groundwater. We were able to work with the North Carolina regulators and contractors to provide the appropriate Initial Abatement report that satisfied state requirements and allowed the Coast Guard to continue their project on schedule.
